All of our spaces include:

Beds are adjustable from 1' 4" to 2' 6" off the ground. Lofts are available to raise the beds higher and can be rented in the housing portal.

    500 Wabash

    Located at the southern edge of campus in downtown Terre Haute, 500 Wabash offers stylish, fully furnished apartments featuring hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a sleek modern design. Each apartment includes loftable beds, a dining table and chairs, a couch, end tables, a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Most units are 4-bedroom layouts, giving students a private bedroom while sharing a full kitchen, living space, and two bathrooms, with limited options for 3-, 2-, and 1-bedroom configurations. With lounges on every floor, a rec room on the second floor, and convenient access to retail shops and restaurants, 500 Wabash is a top choice for upperclassmen housing.

  • Blumberg

    Blumberg

    Blumberg Hall, located within the Sycamore Towers, is designed mainly for first-year students and has recently undergone remodeling. The hall includes a mezzanine with a laundry area, kitchen, and a social space featuring televisions and a pool table. Each floor is equipped with both a study and a social lounge. The student floors have four pod-style bathrooms, and the rooms are arranged around the perimeter. Students can loft their beds with the included loft to maximize space. Blumberg Hall offers easy access to Sycamore Dining, the campus dining hall, just next door.

    Burford

    Located on the southern edge of campus near Residential Life, Sycamore Dining, and downtown Terre Haute, Burford Hall is home to a mix of first-year and upperclass Honors College students and the Gender Inclusive Community. One of two Honors College Living-Learning Community residence halls, it offers a spacious lobby, convenient laundry facilities, and the Honors College offices on the first floor. The building also features study, gathering, and recreational spaces, as well as music practice rooms, all on the first floor. Residential floors include lounge areas for studying and socializing, while kitchenettes on the 2nd and 4th floors are accessible to all residents. With its prime location and array of amenities, Burford Hall provides a welcoming and supportive environment for students.

    Cromwell

    Cromwell Hall is one of the Sycamore Towers and is primarily home to first-year students. Recently renovated, it offers a mezzanine with laundry, a kitchen area, and a social space with televisions and a pool table. Each floor includes a study lounge and a social lounge. The student floors are equipped with four pod-style bathrooms, and the rooms are arranged around the outside. Students can rent a bedloft at the start of the academic year through their housing portal for added convenience. Cromwell Hall is connected directly to Sycamore Dining, the campus dining hall.

    Located near the northern entrance of Hulman Memorial Student Union and just steps from the campus Starbucks, Hines Hall is a versatile space primarily used for conferences during the academic year and summer. The building features traditional double rooms with private in-room baths, along with convenient laundry facilities and lounges on the residential floors. The recently remodeled first-floor lounge boasts multiple televisions and stylish modern furniture, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and connection.

Recently renovated, the hall offers a mezzanine with a kitchen, laundry, and a social area complete with televisions and a pool table. Each student floor features both a study lounge and a social lounge. The interior has four pod-style bathrooms, with rooms circling the outer perimeter. Students who wish to loft their beds can rent a bedloft at the beginning of the academic year through their housing portal. Mills Hall is conveniently attached to Sycamore Dining, the campus dining hall.

    Reeve

    Located near the northern end of campus, Reeve Hall offers convenient access to the Student Recreation Center and Hulman Memorial Student Union. Primarily reserved for sorority members, Reeve Hall is home to eight of Indiana State University's sororities, with each chapter having its own dedicated "pod" that includes a chapter room, an attached kitchen, and an open lounge space on the first floor. The building offers a variety of room styles, including private in-room baths and pod-style bathrooms. While priority housing is given to sorority members, unaffiliated students are also welcome to live in Reeve Hall, making it a dynamic and inclusive space for all.

    Sandison

    Sandison Hall is home to the McKee Nursing Lounge on the first floor, a dedicated space for nursing students to study, socialize, and collaborate.   • University Apartments

    University Apartments

    Located just a short walk from campus near the Wabash River and Fairbanks Park on Farrington and Crawford Streets, the University Apartments offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as students with families. Family apartments come unfurnished. Unit 4 is exclusively available to students 21 years and older. These apartments provide a perfect balance of independence and convenience, being close enough to walk to class while still offering the privacy of off-campus living. Each unit comes fully furnished with a couch and end tables, and residents can enjoy the community center, a space where students gather to socialize and relax. Whether you’re seeking a quiet retreat or a vibrant community, the University Apartments offer a comfortable and welcoming environment for all.
