Program Highlights

The Post-Secondary Facilitator Certificate program is well-suited for students pursuing teaching careers at post-secondary schools, or for those pursuing careers as administrators at post-secondary schools. Depending on the semester of entry, students may complete the certificate program in two to three semesters (excluding summer terms).

Courses

The Post-Secondary Facilitator Certificate program consists of 12-15 credits, with courses focusing on post-secondary technical education, developing occupational and training programs, methods and strategies for instructional programs, evaluating learner performance, and adult learners in higher education and training. Because post-secondary education centers mainly include adult learners, the certificate’s curriculum prepares students to provide instructional programs for these learners.
